Life is Beautiful...remember it.

Hey All,

Just wanted to point out that I just updated some of my galleries. It had been embarrassingly way too long! There was just so much work that wasn't (and probably still isn't) represented here. I added quite a few from my weddings over the past several months, more to the babies and maternity, and more to students, children, and families.

I also wanted to post some personal photos here of my family @ Christmas. This was our newly adopted daughter Ashley's first Christmas with us and it was a lot of fun. As the year progresses, and we accumulate more photos of her, I'm sure you will be seeing more of her here!

 

 

 

 

Emily and Tyler had their little girl @ the end of November. Took some time because of Christmas etc... to schedule the shoot and finally get these to them, but here she is...She is such a little doll. Her nursery is absolutely gorgeous too! Mom and Dad look very happy don't they? HERE is their album.

   

 

 

Emily had her baby a couple of weeks ago, but since I am terribly behind I am just now finishing her maternity proofs. She was such a brave mama to be. It was freezing and actually started snowing @ one point. But, she still bore her bare belly for the sake of some great photos. This session definitely turned out as one of my favorites. These are from a shoot I did this fall of some very good friends. I am finally done with them (sorry guys it took so long!) Doesn't get much better looking than this family!!! Seems like a while since I've put up some personal photos. You can't imagine how many photos I have of my girl! I'm really behind on editing many recent sessions right now, so I thought I'd just post some of my favorites of Abra from the past few (or more) months.

 

 

 

 

I had an awesome shoot with Sarah and Nanak this week. They actually got hitched 2 years ago. For their anniversary they wanted to do a fun shoot with me and also do some "normal" photos too. People may not realize how hard I make my clients work at a shoot. These two worked really hard for me! So, thanks you two! Here are a few from the shoot! I did a shoot with my friend Leigh Ann the other day. She is very preggers. I hear she is nesting right now, and that she got a pedicure. Baby is sure to be here soon! I loved the dress she wore for the shoot and it went perfectly with the location. Here are a few from our shoot and then also a few more from my past 2 weddings.

And a few more of Josh and Melissa. They really were up for "artsy" stuff. Which is so fun for me. This old photo booth was at a dingy little arcade in Lake Geneva. So we made a quick stop.

Her dress was so gorgeous. The detail in the back was so beautiful!

I had quite an adventure with 2 wonderfully nice people (and about 150 of their close friends) on Saturday. Josh and Melissa got married and despite gloomy rain, wind, and rough water (they got married on a boat,) we got some beautiful images of their day. Melissa looked absolutely breathtaking and I loved that they were up for anything! Thanks you guys for letting me be such a big part of your celebration and capture it in my own crazy way!
